If the online retailer you’re purchasing from offers this service, you can select a 69ÌÃ branch as a delivery location during checkout.

DHL will notify you via email or SMS that your parcel has arrived, and you’ll receive a collection PIN. Please wait until you receive this confirmation before attempting collection.

You'll need to follow the instructions in the email or SMS from DHL. The email or SMS will contain a collection PIN. You’ll need this in branch when you collect your parcel.

If you don’t have your collection PIN, you should contact DHL who’ll be able to re-issue one.

You have 7 days from the day it's delivered to your chosen 69ÌÃ branch. If you don't collect the item, it'll be returned to the sender by DHL.
